In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "big77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to big77 and its online gaming platform accessible at big77.one, including all associated services, products, software, and content.

• You must be registering and playing as an individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your country of residence.

To access the full range of big77 Services, a Player must register a single Account. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information. big77 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy.

• Each Player may hold only one Account on the big77 platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be suspended without notice and any associated Funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide a valid full name, date of birth, residential address, active email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number during registration.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• big77 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time. Players must cooperate with any verification request and supply requested documents within the timeframe specified.
• Account registration is free of charge. big77 will never require payment to create an Account.
• big77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Players must notify big77 promptly if any registered information changes, including changes to their email address, phone number, or residential address. Updates can be requested through the big77 support team via WhatsApp or live chat.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their big77 Account.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. big77 will never ask you for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any communication channel.
• All activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until big77 receives written notice of unauthorised access.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the big77 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or collusion with other Players.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund an Account.

All content on the big77 platform — including but not limited to the big77 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of big77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the big77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any big77 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Continued use of the big77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
